| Single skin asbestos cement sheeting with a plasterboard liner replaced using 500 sq. metres of 80mm thick Corus Panels and Profiles HPS200 Merlin Grey Trisomet composite panels and Brett Martin Trilite Fair (factory assembled double skin insulating roof lights). 60 linear metres of boundary gutter relined with H.G Sharman Ltd Rubberised plygene gutterline system. The outlets and stop ends are heat welded to the liner to create a joint and detail free gutter with 25 year anticipated life expectancy. Faded single skin cladding replaced using 130 sq. metres of Quedron 32/1000 HPS200 Van Dyke Brown sheeting. |
